EDUCATION
Kevin grew up in the Charleston, WV area. He studied in Wheeling, WV, and went to law school at the WVU College of Law. He was awarded the CALI award for legislation and excelled in the Clinical Law Program, where he represented clients under the supervision of a lawyer/professor. He graduated from WVU College of Law among the top in his class. In law school, Kevin also met his brilliant and lovely wife who is from North Central West Virginia.
EXPERIENCE
Kevin then was hired for a competitive clerkship with the Honorable Christopher C. Wilkes, Chief Judge of the 23rd Judicial Circuit in the Eastern Panhandle of West Virginia. Judge Wilkes was also the Chief of the statewide complex business court division. Clerking Kevin researched complex legal issues, drafting legal opinion orders, and worked the Court’s side of many civil and criminal trials and cases. Kevin then worked in private practice in the Eastern Panhandle specializing in litigation cases.

Jennifer Main
Jennifer grew up in North Central West Virginia. She obtained her Certified Nursing Aide License in 2006 and an Associate’s Degree in Healthcare Administration in 2011. She spent several years managing a family business. She has served as the legal assistant to Watson Law for two years and is the first point of contact, managing multiple case files and ensuring everything stays up-to-date. Jennifer is also the mother of four beautiful children and is strongly dedicated to family, friends, and detail.
